Cole & The Thornes, a 7-piece band from Bozeman, Montana, blend mountain-island vibes, gypsy-jazz, and reggae-infused Soul with an infectious energy. Led by the powerful vocals of ukulelist Miss Colita Thorne, the band also features Jordan Rodenbiker (bass), Jacob Rountree (guitar), Alex Platt (drums), Adam Burke (auxiliary percussion), Daniel Wood (trumpet), and Matthew Powell-Palm (saxophone).
Their 2018 award-winning album Map Maker was named Bozeman’s Best Album of 2019, and their latest release, Unbound (2023), continues to build on their signature sound.
The Thornes have performed at major festivals like Summerfest, Reggae in the Rockies, and Big Sky Brew Fest. Their music will get you moving and leave you craving that groovy “Moonshine Soulshine” they’re known for.
